Our Policies
Retreat Coordinator
Group retreats must designate a retreat coordinator. The retreat coordinator will be invoiced for the entire group and is responsible for collecting and making payment for the individuals within the group. Scheduled retreats will be displayed on the calendar when the deposit is received. Deposit is non-refundable; balance due 60 days before retreat begins. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Cashapp. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your retreat prior to 60 days in advance of retreat, we are happy to refund payment, less original deposit. Within 60 days, we will be happy to reschedule your retreat within one year from cancellation date.
Pets/Children
No pets allowed. Children under the age of 18 not allowed; children 13-17 may be in attendance for specified retreats if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Smoking/Vaping/Candles
No smoking, vaping, or candles allowed on premises.
Community
Our retreat is located in a neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors! There are children at play; please observe posted speeds. Please be mindful of noise outside after 9:00.
Parking
Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street. Please ride together if possible to conserve spaces.
Loading and Unloading
Carts are available on the front porch to assist in loading and unloading. There is a garage door in the workroom which may be used to facilitate easier loading and unloading. Please use the garage door only for loading and unloading. The garage may only be opened from the inside.
Damages/Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. While we understand accidents happen, guests are responsible for excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please let us know about any accidents or damage so we can make repairs before additional guests are expected. Excessive damages will be invoiced to the retreat coordinator. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
Crafting Retreats
We are happy to welcome scrapbookers and crafters. Crafters must provide their own drop cloths/table coverings for "messy" crafts. Please do not put anything down our drains that you wouldn't at your own home! Retreat coordinators will be billed for damages due to paint, resin, glue, etc..
